A start-up logistics company with a quality offering in a crowded marketplace, Urban Service approached me to design their brand identity, URL and business stationary. With trust, efficiency and excellent customer service at the core of their offering, I set about thoroughly investigating and testing how we could develop branding that would convey these values.
From brand identity to online user experience, I made sure that every touchpoint drove a booking. We informed potential customers of Urban Service’s industry credentials, made them aware of other services they could use such as storage and waste clearance – and most importantly, built trust that Urban Service could perform the job quickly, cost effectively and with minimum disruption.
