HSBC’s key business objective for a complete redesign of was to see a significant uplift in the number of their customers exploring their financial products in addition to serving their online banking needs. As senior art director from initial phases to the launch of this nine month project, I was responsible for a team of designers interpreting and responding to the needs of HSBC stakeholders. We conceptualised, designed and iterated an extremely robust system of templates and modules that showcased the HSBC brand, products and services to full capacity.
