Abbott’s core proposition is the promise to give diabetes patients lifestyle freedom by liberating them from cumbersome equipment. They wanted a high impact event experience, one that would have delegates taking notice at conferences worldwide. We agreed that AR would provide the Wow factor we wanted, and because of it’s relative novelty we could achieve this simply and for a modest cost. Content wise, I focused on making their products the hero of each interactive AR sequence, whilst highlighting multiple lifestyle benefits.
I planned, budgeted, concepted and art directed an internationally transferable AR interactive presentation that was an instant success from the start, and set up Jack Morton Worldwide for further digital projects with Abbott.
